Worse Dr Ever!!!! He had too many lawsuits on his sorry excuse of a human being in Burnet Texas!!! He been ran out of tx Soo many medical malpractice suits!!!! Him and his dope head wife Kathy Moore!!!!

I can’t believe this doctor is still practicing. I just so happened to look him up because I was looking at my sons birth certificate and came across this so called doctors name on it. My son is now 18 and my experience after he was born was horrible. Two weeks after he was born Vincent’s office called me and told me I had AIDS.It was the most horrific the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever went through. And to find out two weeks later after tests and tests and counseling it wasn’t true. IT WASNT TRUE. When I called his office he no longer was in practice there. And now this so called “doctor “ is practicing out of state?! Anyone that’s reading this that has him as your doctor or is thinking of having him as your doctor, he has 1 star rating for a reason. And that’s being nice.

I also had a horrific birthing experience with this doctor almost 20 years ago. My son and I are lucky to be alive. After being induced and pushing without being completely dilated my 10 pound son was born via emergency c section without explanation. I was rushed off without knowing what was going on. He now has a scar near his eye where Doctor Moore cut too deep during the surgery. I bled out and needed a blood transfusion. I can't even explain how I felt when I woke up. Dazed and confused doesn't cover it. My son now has developmental disabilities and it makes me wonder if it was from the birth experience. This was also in TX. We didn't have internet back then and we just moved to the area so I had no idea if he was a good or bad doctor till it was too late.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! MY CHILD DIED IN 1994 IN TEXAS! AS YOU CAN SEE HE DOES NOT LIST ANY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAW SUITS BECAUSE HE WAS SUED MORE THAN ONCE. DO NOT TRUST HIM AL ALL!! ITS HAS BEEN 21 YEARS SINCE MY BABY BOY HAS BEEN GONE AND THERE'S NOT A DAY THAT GOES BY I DONT THINK OF HIM. THIS PIECE OF CRAP SO CALLED DOCTOR IS NOT A DOCTOR. I HOPE HE DIES A SLOW DEATH AFTER WHAT HE PUT ME THROUGH IN LABOR! I CAN NOT BRING MY BOY BACK BUT I SURE WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT HE IS NOT A GOOD DOCTOR.
