This guy sucks! Absolutely no communication, he does not care about his patients one iota. Absolutely no follow up on my lab results, left me flaying in the wind for 3 weeks so far. Hippocratic Oath??? Screw this guy.

They're booked out months to make a simple appointment, and their office staff is out of control. Marsha who works in the office was hot-tempered, lied about things she knew nothing about, made excuses and there is no accountability.

Doesn't have real concern about finding out what's wrong with you, very disconnected from patients.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy yesterday and could not be happier with the excellent service I received from start to finish. Dr Kurupath is great and he's surrounded with excellent support staff. I had no pain at all afterwards. I arrived at 1.15pm, was out by 3.30pm and was back at work first thing this morning feeling absolutely fine.

Had a 20 minute visit with the doctor. Recieved a $592 bill. He recomended breath test, which another high end Gastro doc said is an unreliable test. The Marin gastro doc in a high rent neighborhood charged $200 for the visit and spent twice as long with me. Something wrong with this picture? I then tried over 5 times to resolve it with the office. Other than 1 call back, with the promise of a resolution, no response. The office manager was NEVER available. Beware of this doctor, at least through the Sutter East Bay system.

I was assigned to this doctor about 2 months ago and by far, he is the worst doctor i've ever dealt with. I am having serious stomach pains and only once or twice, did i ever get to see him in person - never did he even examined me, all he did is look at his laptop and figure out what my next appointment would be - since then, i've called and sent messages and the "assistant" either doesn't send the messages or he's just too busy, always on call - i never get a response on any of my tests. unless, you're the kind of person that likes a doctor that doesn't take time to get to know you, - then, don't pick this one. I am going to make sure to get away from this one.
