Dr. S. Ghetiya completed his Internal Medicine residency from Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY in 2018. Dr. S. Ghetiya grew up in Toms River since 1998 and has now returned to serve his community. Dr. S. Ghetiya is also affiliated …with the same hospitals and nursing facilities as his father.

Usually doctors don't work on weekends in the office and I'm aware of this but unfortunately I had an emergency that required things to be checked and submitted to my employer by Monday. I couldn't do urgent care due to them not having my records and I know you're not supposed to contact them on days off from business but I still did.. I was pleasantly surprised that he understood the brevity of my situation and said don't worry about it.. Everything will be taken care of. I didn't believe it but I heard back from my employer late Saturday night that they received what was necessary. I wouldn't believe it if it didn't happen to me personally, that my doctor went in on his day off to assist me. Thank you so much for taking care of what I needed. You saved my employment.

I recently visited Dr. Savan Ghetiya for a UTI and left the office feeling unheard and had to seek a second opinion, which confirmed that he had misdiagnosed my condition that needed further testing that was never discussed. The front desk staff was polite, but unfortunately the doctor’s dismissive attitude outweighed the positive aspects of the visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ghetiya’s practice to patients who want a personable doctor who listens and takes time to explain treatment options.

Poor bedside manner, does not listen to patient. Difficult to ask questions or question his diagnosis. Insurance driven.
