Dr. Bello's office requires you to call in your prescription refill request 1 week prior to you running out of medication. For the last three times, when I have went to pick up the refill request, I've had to wait for Dr. Bello to fill it out. What's the purpose of calling it in if it's not going to be ready when you get there. This last time I waited 45 minutes just to get the refill request handed to me. Plus all of the office staff is very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Bello will no longer be my child's pediatrician.

The drs are good drs but the visit went terrible. The wait time was so long. I have a 3 month old and I by older children who were coughing and it was just a bad experience. No-one should ever have to wait 4 hours with a baby that is sick. Its like this everytime I go. Considering changing drs soon.

condescending, rude, made me want to leave immediately after meeting her. she was without doubt the rudest doctor, behaved like I was an imbecile because I asked a question. ( I am college educated )..I will never forget that snooty look on her face. Oh and good luck with actually seeing her after your first couple of visits your follow up appointment gets handed to a senior nurse. No thanks never again

RUDE, AWFUL, STUCK UP DOCTOR! She speaks to their patients like their idiots. She has a book hanging up that says "Don't forget to wash your hands between rooms" You'd assume that it was intended for the nurses as a reminder. Well, apparently she expects every parent to read this book. She told a patient's parent today "It's because of parents like you why I get behind! Do you not READ ANYTHING??" I felt awful for the woman that she was talking to. I would never bring my children to this doctor again. You're a doctor, I get it... but you don't have to act all high and mighty. Just because you're a woman in control does not give you the power to belittle people. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Do not take your children here.
