Dr. Viorica Maria Crisan, MD

Crisan is an outstanding Dr. Blunt, yes. Stern, yes. But in my 22 years of diabetes, and seeing 6 different endos for it, she's the best. I've been on 2 insulin pumps in my time. 1 with her and 1 with my last endo. The previous one took my a1c from 14 to 12.6. Crisan and her chosen pump brought me from 12 to 7. She knows what needs done and with what doses.

Dr. Crisan has been our Doctor for a number of years. When we no longer had health insurance, she worked with us so we got the care we needed. Now my insulin cost jumped from $45 a vial to $138 which destroys our budget. It is that D*mn donut hole in the Bush era Pharmacy law. She has found me a different insulin which will be affordable. Thank you, Doc. She is a formal woman who is very knowledgeable in her field.

After years of problems and several endocrinologists who said they could not do anything for me Dr. Crisan was kind and really took the time to explain what my condition is and how to manage it. I don't feel alone anymore.

I would never recommend this physician. Does not listen to the patient, rude to staff and the patient. No concern. Just shuffles yiu through like your just a number

Dr, Crisan was indeed one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen in my entire life. he is very assuming and shows no confidence in her patients ability to convey their health issues with her. She actually told me that my only problem was that I needed to make less trips from the plate to my mouth with a fork even after I explained I eat healthy and organic as I can and that I do not have a huge appetite at all. She proceeded to offer me metformin and tol me it would make me skinny again . I told her that it causes me gastric distress and she told me to suck it up and just do it. She then proceeded to write off my high epinephrine levels to a family issue she heard i was having that had caused me to have to cancel one appointment with her never asking what the family issue was and it was really not a serious issue at all but she use it to say I was fine. All in all my time with this doctor was not well spent !

She's tough about having to reschedule and frank, but thorough.

Doctor Crisan is the most capable diagnostician I have ever known. She is compassionate and caring along with her superior medical skills. I have always felt that I was in good hands and trust her judgement and concern in all matters. Her extensive training and knowledge make her my number one go to physician.She is patient and willing to listen and answer any question that I have...we, in this small town, are more than fortunate to have such a high powered medical doctor and her staff is equally as efficient and welcoming.

Dr. Crisan has been my physician for many years. She shows tough love but is supportive of my needs. She and her staff are always available. She has corrected many of my internal problems and has been right on the mark with each diagnosis. You can't get a better Doctor for your diabetes.

If you don't fit into the mold, don't see this doctor. She flat-out told me that she would not continue to see me if I did not switch medications, despite my telling her that my quality of life on the medication she wanted me to take was terrible. I am very educated about my health problems, and am the first person to admit that I am not a doctor. However, the only reason she could give me for wanting me to switch meds was that it worked for everyone else. Sorry, I don't really care about everyone else - this is my body and my health. It was a shame because the office staff and wait time was so nice.

This has been the only Dr. to correctly diagnose and treat me. After years of suffering and neglect with my family DR.I was referred to Dr.Crison and have been very pleased.I'M a 52 Female with several medical problems and have been seeing specialists for years,She's a keeper.p.s. Great office staff
