Using the name Rashay on the phone? The person on the phone used that name but the rx was under Ahims name. On the phone extremely rude with my and pharmacist over her own mistake. Spent an entire day getting the correct rx called in for my daughter bc she is incompetent

After spending 20+ years in Navy Medicine and experiencing the interaction and lack of professionalism from this doctor was unbelievable. When questions were asked the doctor became automatically defensive to simple medical questions and concerns. General surgeons that I know have always told me that if a surgeon doesn’t not do a physical exam they should not be operating on you. Not only was a physical exam not preformed by Dr. Achim but it was falsely entered into an online medical record that it was preformed. The room was set up with the instruments to conduct a proper HEENT exam…otoscope with covers, ophthalmoscope, tongue depressor. No HEENT preformed,Lungs were not listened to which she claimed that lungs were CTA “Clear to Auscultation”, not once did she use a stethoscope to listen to the heart which was annotated as Heart: RRR Regular Rate and rhythm. If anyone in the military falsified a medical record to this extent, they would be removed from the medical field.
