I saw Dr. Kancherla yesterday for cervical injections for pain management. He and his crew were amazing! I have never had injections before and they walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, and one of the nurses even stroked my hair the whole time to make sure I was calm! It was an all around pleasant experience! Thank you Dr. Kancherla and staff!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Vishal Kancherla at Texas Orthopedics, Sports & Rehabilitation Associates, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I had a brief wait getting to the exam room. Dr Kancherla was very personable, kind, and professional. He asked me questions about my pain and listened patiently as I spoke He then told me what he thought was wrong He thought it would no require surgery however we would need an MIR. He said I would need physical therapy I was very relieved. I know their PT group and they are also excellent. I highly recommend Dr Kancherla.

Dr. Kancherla has been treating my back and leg issues for a year. His expertise in identifying the problem and finding the correct procedure has been very reassuring. I appreciate his kindness. His skill in caudal injections makes it procedure as painless as possible. I trust no other doctor but him. And the staff at both locations are very helpful and friendly

I drove 50 minutes across town for an epidural on 10/11 only to be told my visit with Dr Kancherla would be over $700. I assured them I was at my deductible for the year but they insisted I was not. Then they tried to negotiate with me that they would do the procedure for $180. I still declined. Then I drove another 50 min all the way home and they called me to tell me that they would do it for $90 in his office and not the surgery center. I felt like the entire thing was a shakedown for money. They also had the spine injection levels incorrect which was very concerning. I cannot speak to Dr Kancherla as a doctor as I never actually saw him, but the entire experience with the front office was unprofessional. They could have saved me a half day of vacation pay and an almost 2 hr rd trip visit with a phonecall. I won't be going back to Texas Ortho ever again.

Dr Kancherla is the most through & knowledgeable professional Dr I've been too! He makes every effort to relieve pain, without recommending surgery. He help me over the last several years with my back, knee, neck & shoulder pain. I've been a heavy equipment operator all my life & blessed to find Dr Kancherla for much needed pain relief!
