Dr. Vishal Rana, MD

Dr Rana was initially kind and compassionate but I became frustrated when questions and concerns were not addressed during the course of 10 months of treatment. He also did not follow current treatment guidelines (NCCN) and recommendations which resulted in a hospitalization and prolonged chemo and possibly a less than ideal outcome. There were also several staff changes in the office and difficulty getting call backs regarding labs and scans.

Dr. Rana is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever had. I absolutely love him and his staff!

So far I have been given a diagnosis, told to take otc supplements and told to come back in 3 months. My last appointment was weeks ago, blood was drawn and i was told id recieved a call and to make an appointment in 3 months but no other treatment plan or advice. I have called the office many times and left messages but no one has returned my calls. Very upset and frustrated

I found during several visits with Dr. Rana that he was consistently thoughtful, he questioned me extensively about my health, explained my cancer and treatment all before he related to me the impact of my lab tests. I felt lucky to have him as my doctor. Exceptional and professional.

He is my fourth oncologist in 9 years and by far my favorite!
