Years ago patients were treated like they were the doctors family. Actual care and concern for their well being. Now that they have expanded, I just feel like another copay.

I received a letter in the mail from Dr Bamazai that she can no longer see me as a patient along with any other doctor at gateway because we don’t agree on medical treatment?? I’m not sure what medical treatment she is talking about, I see her for my annual Medicare physical and to renew my prescriptions as far as I’m concerned that’s all she good for, she is not by any stretch of the imagination a diagnostician! Her office manager Cathy is beyond rude! I am a nurse I have worked for physicians for many years!

Got a letter in the mail from Dr Bamezai, that she can no longer see me as a patient along with any other doctor at gateway because we don’t agree on medical treatment??? I see her for my yearly Medicare physical and prescription refills. I am seen by a cardiologist, a pulmonologist, and a gastroenterologist (She is in no way a diagnostician) all I ask of her is that she review my records when labs are sent to her and advise of any concerns. I guess that’s too much to ask. Who just removes patients for absolutely no reason at all? Breaks my heart that I ever even recommended this place to anyone!

Very much a Doctor in the traditional sense without the golf games. Listens very intensely to every word you have to say then acts accordingly and from what my experience has been very appropriately for what every your ailment may be.

Dr.Bamezai is a kind and caring physician. Very thorough during examinations and extremely accurate in diagnosing medical issues. She is always willing to talk to you and explain health concerns. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful doctor.
