Never visited me in hospital

I wish I could comment on how she was as a doctor, but she would have to see me first. I made the appointment back in November, and was told the next available appointment was April. I made it, just for the week prior, she canceled on me. I was able to reschedule within a week of that appointment, just to get a phone call that day that she was canceling again. I understand things happen, but I've had to rearrange my life and schedule twice now without any remorse from her. As someone that would've been a new patient, not a great first impression.

I took my 78 year old father to her after I decided we needed to switch Hepatologists. The tests she ran were twice as extensive as my father's previous doctor. I appreciated that she emphasized the severity of my father's condition. My dad now takes special attention to really follow the doctor's guidelines.

Dr. Diaz didn’t seem knowledgeable, didn’t answer questions, and had a very sour and unpleasant disposition the numerous times I saw her.

dismissive and rude, should not see patients or should be somewhere she doesnt have to deal with people.
