Dr. Vladimir Ilic, MD

I needed cardiac clearance for surgery within a week because of a newly found tumor. Office staff stated "Dr. Ilic cannot clear you for surgery, change your date of surgery." This is a medical decision not made by Dr. Ilic, but made by office flunkies who have no medical degrees. Abuse of their authority. My last visit the staff lost an insurance authorization. They did not allow me to see Dr. Ilic, even though I got Blue Cross on the phone which agreed to approve an authorization then and there. I was denied my scheduled visit because the office staff blamed me and stated "This should have been done earlier." They threatened to call the police if I did not leave. Incompetent, abusive, and care nothing about elderly people with heart problems. I filed a complaint with Lee Health.

Dr. llic is a very kind, knowledgeable cardiac physician who takes plenty of time with me during my visits. I highly recommend him.
