I thought she was fantastic

nice office, attractive, dynamic, smart woman but because i wasn't a total basket case when visiting her she did not validate my issues and wouldn't see me again. i was so relieved i met a promising psychiatrist, my upbeat mood threw her off...paraphrasing her words. she did not return my frequent calls until one day i was told she wasn't practicing anymore. funny her office was open and she continued to be on active lists. she referred me to a psychologist who is a social acquantance of mine (i am a psychologist). later...her assistant said someone in ft. lauderdale was accepting her patients as she travelled...he didn't take insurance and i was not comfortable with the drive or his attitude...cash at time of service...like burger king. i really thought we had a rapport and i felt such relief after meeting her i couldn't believe her decision not to treat me. she is a prolific note taker with a warm personality. you better me very screwed up and show it when you see her.… don't bath, don't dress, no make-up ... be catatonic and maybe that will work.
