I've been going to Dr. Yantis for a few years, and love her....she takes her time with you, and takes as long as you need to discuss things. Great bedside manner... I highly recommend her...

I asked my secretary to call and make me an appt after I was releaced from hosp. per the instructions of the ICU doc. She called 4 times trying to make an appt for me. Every time the person wanted more info and refused to make an appt for me with out it. Ranging from Date of Birth to ss# , to address, of which my sec. told her the only three addresses she knew all of which the person told her was wrong, and then the last call she wanted to know why i needed the appt. I had not specifically told my secretary why i needed the appt and so she told the person it was probably for a follow up. The person refused to make the appt without knowing what it was specifically for. And I have been a patient for years! Totally unaceptable. If i didnt like Dr. Yantis so omuch I would be looking for another Dr. here it is a month after i have left the hospital and i still havent had the follow up.

Dr. Yantis is what all doctors should be. She listens, gives me options, lets me participate in decisions, shares her knowledge and expertise in a way I can understand and is patient. Dr. Yantis is extremely responsive. She usually responds the same day I send an email. I very much appreciate Dr. Yantis.

This doctor along with her staff do not pay close attention to patients charts. It's very disturbing. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

After 5 years of seeing this doctor I was dismissed for missing ONE appointment. Highly disappointing after a long relationship with this physician. I would definitely not recommend this clinic and their difficult policies.

I have been a patient of Dr.Yantis from the beginning of her practice in Springfield, Missouri. Dr.Yantis is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I have recommended her many times to family and friends and all continue to do so.
