Dr. Vu Truong, MD

I was enthusiastic about the reviews I read regarding Dr. Truong and was eager to become a patient. I am a first-time mom, so I was really looking for support. I was disappointed with Dr. Truong. He was not thorough, did not spend much time with me, and most importantly, out of curiosity when I asked him if I could take a vitamin ger****, with my pregnancy, he was in such a rush that he told me "yeah, that should be fine". Later, I found out that this was contraindicated due to lack of folic acid. I'm disappointed, but the show must go on. I will have to find another doctor.

Dr. Truong is THE BEST OBGYN! Dr. Truong happily and safely delivered both of my babies. Throughout my pregnancies Dr. Truong was informative, supportive and thorough. Dr. Truong makes it a priority to deliver his patients and is completely involved in your care! During the deliveries Dr. Truong was calm, confident and excited for us to meet our babies. My second delivery came very quickly and while some of the nurses appeared anxious, Dr. Truong brought calm and assertive energy to the room ensuring a safe delivery. Our delivery was made extra special when Dr. Truong sang “Happy Birthday” as he handed us our son! During every appointment with Dr. Truong it has been my experience that he is intentional about expressing genuine concern and interest in me and the baby. My postpartum visits were encouraging, open and honest. All questions are answered thoughtfully, completely and research based. I happily and proudly refer others to Dr. Truong. I know that they will receive the best… care! The nursing and office staff at NE OBGYN are efficient, friendly and helpful.

Dr Truong is the best doctor I have ever had! I have been a patient since 2014. Since then he has moved practices and I am still with him! I would highly recommend him, His wife is also a great OB/GYN as well. I will NEVER change him as my doctor.

Is it possible to have withdrawals from not seeing your doctor once your baby is born? I promise I feel like I have them - Dr. Truong is that good! He is kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cares! He does everything he can to make sure you get the best care possible. His bedside manner is amazing. Even my parents, after meeting him in the hospital, were astonished at how lucky I was to have him as my doctor. My husband likes to come to my appointments with me because he likes Dr. Truong that much too. He is, hands down, the best doctor either one of us has ever had! If he left his current practice, I would follow him. I would give him an infinite amount of stars - love Dr. Truong!
