Dr. E. W. Emanuel, MD

Dr. E W Emanuel performed my tubal and appendix removal at Holy Cross back in 2013. He was very pleasant he even left a Gala to come and check on me afterwards. In his tuxedo no less. He made a very scary experience tolerable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Emmanuel is a caring and outstanding doctor.

I would never go to this doctor again. Part of it may be that he works at the North Capitol Kaiser medical center, which is generally awful in my experience, but he was bad on his own as well. He was rude to the nurses, I had to wait forever, when I asked specific questions he brushed me off and said it was "just doctor stuff". Then he incorrectly diagnosed me with an ectopic pregnancy, sent me downstairs to the radiologist who also thought I was ectopic. I ended up at washington hospital the next day, only to find the pregnancy was smack in the middle of my uterus. THis was a nightmare of an experience and I urge anyone reading this to find a different doctor, and hopefully a different medical center.

this doctor is in the wrong profession, he is an obgyn that is suppose to help in that department. He kept talking like he wanted to be a pscyhologist. Not an obgyn, he did not help me at all, he wanted me to relize that i have pain and that i have to live with it and there's nothing that can be done about it. i was at this appointment for 2 hours and i thought he would find something or even a direction, but no. But i am not there, i will find and answer and i will work to find the reason and the answer for this problem and i will not stoop and give up. i drove 75 miles to see him and he helped with absoulty nothing.
