Dr. Wade Bolton May, MD

It started out rough; The day before appointment, I was called at home by CIS to inform me my appointment for That day would cancelled. This I told them was incorrect . I told them I was scheduled the following day, at this time I was put on hold for about 10-15 minutes. Thereafter another receptionist broke in and asked how she could help me. At this moment I informed of the discrepancy and she affirmed my visited the following day. I checked in online to the requested “check in” (at the ambassador caffery location) The following day I reported to this location well in advance of appointment, only to be told my appointment was across town at the heymann location. I called ahead to insure I could make it on time, to which I was told if were late by any measure, the doctor would not see me. But I pressed on, I arrive 15 minutes late but I was seen by doctor. All that said, my experience with Dr May is fabulous, great doctor, great staff. Scheduling staff, that’s another thing all… together. Thank you for the opportunity to vent. All is well.

I am a new patient, but doctor May was up to date with my history and I learned more helpful information in this visit than I have in the 17 years as a cardiac patient.

Staff are proficient and friendly. Appointment was on time with no delays. Dr. May listened intently to my questions and concerns.

Dr. May will tell me exactly what I need to hear, no holding back evening if I don’t want to hear it, he has soften through the 10 years I have seen him. There is not a question I ask that he can not answer and he gives great advice! Very knowledgeable and Helpful.

I've been going to Dr. May for a number of years now. His staff is efficient, friendly, and they are very thorough in getting all of the information necessary before Dr. May comes into the room. If I have any concerns that I've expressed to the nursing staff, he addresses it immediately when he comes in. Dr. May is a wonderful cardiologist and I will be happy to have him as my doctor in the years going forward. I trust his diagnoses and his recommendations for treatment. Thank you, Dr. May!

As always Dr. May and his staff are very prompt with seeing me when my appointment time come due. Staff is very courteous and informative with what they are doing. When Dr. May comes in he has everything he needs in front of him, (vitals, current EKG, current medications, etc.). He goes over everything, checks heart sounds for anything abnormal and reviews anything or questions that I might have. All in all, very thorough!!!

Dr. May has been my physician for over 10 years. I have never left his office with questions, unanswered or feeling like I did not get the best medical attention I needed. He is thorough, professional, and very courteous and concerned for your health

Always is on top of what is happening. Knows exactly what patients need. Very positive and reassuring.
