Staff who work with Dr Hanna are very inefficient. They Call in prescription for same medication 3 times, this has happened at least 3 times.- obvious they do not check records. Mailed me order for tests and included another patients order stapled to mine. Do not call on follow up on tests, I have to call them- then they cannot answer questions I have- The doctor should be calling. Wait time in room is way too long- I have waited at times 45 minutes.

We like Dr. Hanna. I've was her patient for 15 yrs until I moved. I referred my mother who has now been her patient for over 10 years. The lady at the check-out counter was so disrespectful. We escalated it to her office manager who was ignorant of the whole situation and unfortunately Dr. Hanna lost loyal patients due to her staff.
