This practice is amazing! My daughter had an ear issue, and we needed to be seen right away. The staff is super friendly, and they went out of their way to schedule an appointment for the same day (They were completely booked.) Dr. Riefkohl was very informative and answered all the questions we had. He eased our minds and got down to the root of the issue. This was a great experience. Thanks

Dr Riefkohl is such a caring and compassionate doctor, I feel like he took the time to give us honest answers to questions about my son.

Dr. Riefkohl was not very concerned with my problem. Didn't listen to what I had to say. Gave me a pamphlet to read which was not what I had at all. He did check my ears and nose looked in my mouth and that was it out the door. I was quite surprised he has always been pleasant.

One of the best doctors I've been to in a long time. He operated on my neck twice and the entire experience went off better then expected. I would walk over hot coals to get to this guy if I had an issue he could address. He took time to discuss my issue, options and concerns. My scare is barely noticeable.

Dr Riefkohl is a very caring doctor. He took the time to ask questions and answered all my questions. He made sure that I understood what my problem was. I thought I had sinusitis. After months of failed treatment with antibiotics it turned out I had acid reflux.

This appointment was one of the best doctor's appointments we've ever had. Dr Reifkohl's staff was as professional and kind as he was. They were friendly and efficient. He truly cares for his patients and takes the time to explain things to them. I would highly recommend Dr Reifkohl for your family's ENT needs.
