Dr Mushref , Is an incredibly accomplished and thorough psychiatrist. He really addresses every issue relevant to patient care ( medical, social, and mental well-being) Attentive and responsive great great care

I know Dr. Mushraf since he was in training with me. He is always humble, caring & uses his top clinical approach whatever is in his patient's best interest. I fully trust him.

I’ve had very good experiences with Dr. Mushref and loudoun Inova office staff. Dr. Mushref was very caring snd helpful. He is really very knowledgeable and helped me with my digression and he even gave me advice about my medical problems. I recommend Dr. Mushref to those who need help.

Wish I could give him & staff at Loudoun INova Behavioral Health office 0 stars. Called the day of an appt and left a message to cancel bc my son was ill (later diagnosed as Pneumonia). No call back. Called 3 times and left messages over 3 weeks, stating I was low on an Rx every time, Still no call. Finally called new patient line in FFX to speak to an actual person and made appt. Asked for a call from his office bc now out of my Rx. THEN called back and told me I was a liar. Said I NEVER called. When I asked for an Rx to last me until my appt he and his Clinical Manager said No bc I was a no show and lied about calling. His Clinical Manager was so condescending. Told me to go the ER to get my meds if it was REALLY THAT BAD... with my 7 yr old who has pneumonia in tow! I was in tears and had to hang up bc I was beginning to have a major panic attack. HDR. Mushref does not listen. He dismissed my anxiety and only gave me 1/2 the dose I had been taking of one Rx because clearly I was… addicted. Do not go see this Dr. and do not go to Loudon Va INova Behavioral Health. These Drs and their staff are suppose to ease our depression and anxiety. Not make them exponentially worse.
