I have been going to the West Florida Hospital and West Florida Immediate Care Group offices since 1995 and the only slightly negative experience was at the hospital. Today I was seen by Dr. Bew, a new to me but very experienced doctor. He was thorough, and personable. He is a great addition to the team, welcome aboard sir. The West Florida Immediate Care Group in Cantonment is a very positive place, the wait time is short, and the staff is very friendly, caring, and provides excellent customer service. Very refreshing over going to the main hospital where it is extremely busy.

The West Florida Immediate Care Group in Cantonment is where I go when I'm not feeling well. The wait time is short, and the staff there is very friendly, caring, and provides excellent customer service. I was seen by Dr. Bew. Great doctor, very thorough, and personable . Had a great experience with him and I'm feeling so much better. Thanks Dr. Bew!

My husband and I were both looking for a new primary in 2014 after our last primary went private and we could not afford to go there anymore. This was by far, one of the best decisions. He's got a great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. You never feel looked down on because you're a "patient" - he listens and addresses every concern you may have. After some alarming tests and concerns (including multiple referrals), I was shocked to have him actually call and speak with me over the phone from a simple question I asked his nurse. Have recommended him to many friends and family.

Sign said" Walk Ins welcome". Urgent Cares were full, so I stopped by Nine Mile Road. Great experience. Prompt, courteous staff and a Doctor that listened. Thorough check and a nasty sinus infection treated with antibiotics. Big Thanks. My new Primary Physician,
