Dr. Walter Morris Kidwell, MD

I have been going to see Dr. Kidwell for about a year and half. Since I moved back from Texas and I had a trailer fall in my back. He has been wonderful and very personable and really listens to patience and answers all questions and concerns. His staff is awesome and very competent and very caring! Always they have a smile and very understanding! I can not tell everyone how much this office and doctor and staff has helped me out of pain. I refer anyone that has back pain consistent give them s call and see the difference when someone cares and wants to help his patience. He and his staff are s true gift from God to everyone... The best Pm in Nevada!!!! They are my favorite Dr. Office!!! G

Dr. Kidwell is so professional and knowledgeable about pain. He worked with me to figure out where my pain was coming from and really helped me understand my pain syndrome. Thank you Pain Institute!

I went to Dr. Kidwell for my low back pain after an unfortunate accident. I was told that before I can make an appointment, I would need fill out their paperwork and to have my recent doctor's notes sent to them. Even with that done, I was told Dr. Kidwell would have to review it all and approve if he would see me or not. At first I was unhappy with this and expressed my concerns with the lady who makes the appointment. She explained to me that by getting the records to him, Dr. Kidwell is already aware of my medical history, and can determine wether he would be able to help me or not before I even sit down with him. I cannot count how many times I've gone to see a new doctor and all they do with my money and time spent on that first or first few appointments is go over my medical history. It took me a little bit to get them all the records, but after coming in for a few visits now, words cannot express my gratitude for the care and consieration given to me. On the first visit, they… knew exactly where I was with my pain & what options were availble to proceed forward with resolving my pain, instead of asking me all the same questions I've heard before. I originally thought Dr. Kidwell wouldn't really ask me about my pain, having my medical history, but upon walking into the room, he introcuded himself & started asking me some very specific questions about the accident. I was very pleased with his professionalism and am already on the road to recovery. Thank you Pain Insitute of Nevada!

Dr. Kidwell saved my life. I was barely existing, not living, I was suffering and had pretty much given up. Until I heard about a procedure he performed called Myobloc injections. After I met with him, he altered the types of mediciations I was on, and it scared me because I wasn't getting true relief but was scared of going back to the days of not enjoying my life. But heknew what he was doing. He made changes that kept me at work, yet alleviated my pain. He SAVED MY LIFE. I owe him everything.

though he is a good diagnostician in my experience, his bedside manner is terrible. his desk staff is very nice, as is some of the other staff i interact with, but the one i go to see for regular checkups is a word i wont use here. shes awful. and an idiot. nasty, does not listen, gets paranoid.dont like her at all.
