I tried to renew a prescription that I had 3 remaining refills for, and they denied me and basically reprimanded me for not being able to attend a follow up appointment. It takes MONTHS to make an appt there. This medication is important as I break out in full body hives around cats/dogs and have one of each. What is the follow up for? Obviously asking for a renewed script. Not to mention the Dr was condescending when I went, and I found barely addressed many of my concerns. They told me to ask my PCP to fill it while I waited, so basically they could refill it if they wanted to, as apparently my PCP can without an appointment? Their attitude and unwillingness to help belongs at the DMV, not in healthcare. There are other allergists in the area. Make this one your last choice

I had an amazing experience. I higly recommend Dr.Ryan. Very knowledgeable Dr and very caring. His front desk staff as well as the manager were just amazing.

Dr. Ryan and his staff in the Boca Raton location are amazingly great they are very friendly and professional. Dr. Ryan was able to pin point exactly my issue. I will not go to any other allergist.

When I went he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He solved my issue very quickly. Would highly recommend!

He is very rude. Literally yelled at my child. A 14-year-old needs to be encouraged to live life and not be expected to be shroud in a bubble. You can't escape germs - and a child with a compromised immune system should be taught skills on how to minimize risk as opposed to avoiding it!!!

First impression: Terrible. Staff has an attitude-and less than friendly; office is old and worn-the exam room made me feel like I was in a prison-2 hard, wooden chairs, no pictures, but 1 poster. It's awkwardly set up because there's a corner "desk" with a computer on it, and chairs directly next to "desk". Dr. Ryan has no affect whatsoever, but was condescending. He pretty much acted like he didn't are too muchabout me, the mother, AND my 6 year old, who was the patient. WILL NOT be returning

Zero Zero bedside manner!!! Very rude and condescending, got extremely frustrated when asked any questions and was just Terrible with my 20 month old Daughter... He should not be treating Children period and probably not even adults!!!
