Dr. Warren Shelby Downs

DR. Downs is a very attentive doctor. Explains everything very well. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Downs was prompt, compassionate, understanding, and really took the pain I was feeling seriously. Even when the scans were clear he didn't try to discount my pain or how bad I had been feeling like I've had some doctors do in the past there at Summit. He still tried to help me by finding the right kind of medication I could take, and so far it has been helpful! The rest of the care team was fantastic as well, and you could tell they respected him and enjoyed working alongside him. I've had some pretty terrible doctors there in the ER, who don't hesitate to make you feel like you're wasting their time even when you're in legit terrible pain and have real problems. The teams around those doctors seem to be effected by their personality even; this was the total opposite experience! I really appreciate Dr. Downs for taking my seriously, explaining very well everything that would go on, and being prompt about treating me.
