Dr. Weihong Zheng, MD

Dr. Zheng is truly wonderful. She has helped me manage my chronic condition with compassion and expertise, and I feel like I have my life back. Her staff was amazing as well—they worked with my insurance and got the best treatment approved faster than I ever expected. I’m so grateful for their care and can’t recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Zheng is THE BEST! I was referred to her by my primary care physician following an allergic reaction, and she provided the absolute best care every step of the way. It was very easy to get an appointment (the two office locations made it extra convenient!). And she was always accessible whenever I needed her. Even between visits, when I had questions or concerns, she would take my phone call immediately or call me back right away. Most importantly, she is incredibly understanding and reassuring. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, and I'm so grateful for her support. Her staff is fantastic as well... professional, responsive and just a delight! If you're looking for the best allergist in the Boston area, you have to see Dr. Zheng!

Dr Zheng was instrumental in figuring out my allergies and was the first to discover a skin allergy through specific patch testing. Her exam was comprehensive- it took 3 days and she accommodated me by fitting all of these visits in before my up and coming knee surgery. When you are a patient of her practice, she takes that very seriously and to me that means everything in today's medical world where every place has a 4 month wait. Her staff is very kind and competent as well! She sees patients as humans and sincerely wants to be precise in her diagnosis because she truly wants to help them. An outstanding doctor and staff!

I saw Dr. Zheng to check for allergies as a possible cause of a skin problem that had proved resistant to five different treatments. She didn't just run the tests and send me back to dermatology. Instead, she listened very carefully to my history with this problem. As a result, when the allergy tests proved negative as she expected, she was able to prescribe a completely different type of medication that has been effective in bringing the problem under control. She also told me that the likely cause was stress, thus enabling me to take steps to reduce my stress level.

Knowledgeable, kind, efficient and helpful. Highly professional, from Dr. Zheng to the nurses and office staff. I started with horrific allergies, and now rarely have to occasionally take antihistamines during the peak of pollen count.

Dr.Zheng and her team are the best!! I started my clustered allergy shot treatment when the office reopened after it was closed for a few weeks at the beginning of the pandemic. I was a bit concerned to visit the office frequently but all of her staff were wearing PPE even during the hottest days, which made me feel extremely safe. Dr.Zheng was super patient in explaining the treatment options, timeline(since it can be years of commitment), and helped me reach out to my insurance with an est. of cost ahead of time (which never happened when I was consulting with other allergists in town). She would come and check on me and answer my questions, even if I was just getting a regular allergy shot but not a doctor visit. Living in an apartment with carpet and having dust mite allergy, I suffered from non-stopping coughs and would often scared people away on the T during the pandemic. About a few months after I started the treatment, my cough was much under control, and would only need… inhaler if I am constantly surrounded by furry friends. I am so happy that I made the right decision to start allergy shot treatment with Dr. Zheng. I was later out of state for a few months. The office staff were so helpful in sending my records over and mailing the vails out etc. Boston is lucky to have her, and I highly recommend her if you are looking for an allergist in town!

Dr Zheng is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She is always pleasant and courteous and her staff is pro and accommodating as well.

Dr Zheng is a very knowledgeable, kind, and patient doctor. She has all the characteristics of a good doctor and is not judgemental. She truly cares about your health and listens to your concerns. She never makes you feel bad about your symptoms; rather, she is willing to go for the extra miles to help you out. Always respond to you in timly manner. My experience at her office has been great.

She is a wonderful doctor. Knowledgeable, helpful, willing to spend any amount of time I need with me to get all my questions answered. Her staff always manages to fit me in at a time I can come and she follows up and calls me at home if I need any additional information. I highly recommend her
