Dr. Weiwei Xu, MD

It was my first consultation with Dr Xu, my appointment was at 1 pm I got there exactly at 12 the waiting room was empty. I checked in at the front desk. I sat there for over an hour , then a few minutes after pm a guy popped his in and asked me to give a urine sample. I went inside the bathroom, OMG! I couldn’t stand the smell of the urine in there! There was no toilet seat cover, the bathroom was tiny and filthy. I had to use toilet paper for toilet seat. Then I was taken to a smell room. The room was filthy finger prints all over the cabinets the counter was messy and dirty. It was a room from the 60s/70s! Ugly! Then I waited there until exactly 2:40! The guy came in there more than 3 times apologizing that the doctor was late, but no explanation why?! When I asked why I was told that their medical assistant had to leave and they’re running behind! When I was the only patient there. The rooms and the hallway was so tiny I went out there all the rooms were empty starting at 2 pm… other parents started to come in! At 2:20 I asked the front desk if the doctor is too busy I rather come in another day because I was in pain not feeling well and I was starving! He said the physicians assistant is speaking to the doctor about me and she’ll be right in. I was being told that since 1:45! Then finally comes in the so called doctor! Her hair was all over the place her breath smelled she had dirty scrubs on. She told me “I’m sorry I am late, then she lied & said we were having trouble checking YOU in” AS IF I WAS THE PROBLEM! when the front desk had told me something else ! And one other guy in the office told me another lie! Then she started yawning not covering her mouth! You could totally tell that she was a sleep and had just woken up! Her eyes were red! Then after yawning she just kept on staring at me! I looked at her line ok are u going to say anything type of look, I think she got the point. Then she asked me who is she with you? I had taken my mom with me. It was irrelevant question for her to ask me! Anyways, I answered. Then she just looked at my chart and said so you’re here for this and this. She named 2 things from my chart. I said yes, I also am suffering from this ... then she just shut me up by saying I don’t know why you’re have this issue then again started to stare at me finally I was like ok I tried to tell her my previous doctor had put me on special diet and try to find out why and tried to understand my symptoms she just kept on shutting me up and telling me ok I’ll give you this and this test. Then she diagnosed me with something stupid w/o any test or more info from me.! She spent with me 5 minutes then I was sent to the front desk she did not say goodbye or anything she just left! At the front desk I started speaking to the front desk guy he was printing up papers for me then this vicious woman reached out from behind me and showed a pice of paper from far away and asked questions from the guy that I was having a conversation with and that same guy that I had told that I can’t stay here any longer because I was hungry and that I had been there since 12 pm the same guy just cut off our conversation and got up started speaking to the lady behind me. All without apologizing to me or asking me to please wait! So I waited patiently thinking that he will stop at some point or she will stop asking questions at some point, but no their conversation continued! Then after 3 minutes or more I was like that’s it! I’m out of here! If the lady was illiterate enough rude enough to not know her turn or wait her turn at least the front desk guy should’ve known better that it was my turn I had been there since 12 he could’ve just asked the other lady nicely to please wait her turn! Anyways, I will never go back to that crapy place where no one knows the rules and regulations of a doctors office or the morals of a doctors office! Obviously they weren’t educated people! They all looked like they were off of the streets! At least I know that that’s where they all belong and not at a doctors office not even the so called doctor herself!!! Please do not waste your time with this doctor at this office!!! I wish the system would allow me to give a zero stars for this place!

Dr.Xu is the most unprofessional doctor Ive ever had to deal with. She doesn’t listen to you, doesn’t let you finish your sentence. Doesn’t tell you the results just prescribes you medicine, without explaining. Sorry to say it but she is trash, not sure how she got a degree. Avoid at all cost, she just wants your money and doesn’t care about the patients well being. A V O I D H E R

Worst experiences I've ever had with any medical professional. I've never before written a review on a doctor but Dr. Xu has caused far more damage to my health than she has helped. She was very dry and almost rude personality-wise, but I ignored that since I was there for a doctor, not a friend. Wish I had listened to my instincts. Instead, I trusted her without getting a second opinion and subjected myself to numerous unnecessary procedures and scans (MULTIPLE CT scans). I'm now far sicker than I was before I went to Dr. Xu.

I trust Dr. Xu due to her accurate diagnosis, willingness to spend time to discuss my case, and follow-up with my medication.

I visited several urologists due to my long-term discomfort after a major surgery but was informed that I had "no problem", but the problem went on ... Until I visited Dr. Xu and treated by her, I found myself landed in the office of the best urologist in the city, who made me feel I would be taken care of and I would be in good hands. Dr. Xu spent time with me and careful diagnosed my problem. She is amazingly intelligent and has a great mastery of urology, so she could see the roots of my illness while other doctors could not. Most importantly Dr. Xu treated me not just as "one of her patients" but a real human being who needed medical help. It has been over half a year now, my condition has been greatly improved. I was amazed by Dr. Xu's ability to diagnose and treat my problem. Only through informal conversations, did I come to understand Dr. Xu is a an urologist who is very passionate about her profession and always is learning and updating her knowledge in her profession through… attending conferences and research. Dr. Xu is honest, and has the integrity as a person and as a medical doctor. Her staff are courteous and follow up with me about my appointments. Now I know for as long as I live, I will be Dr. Xu's patient; I trust my health in Dr. Xu's expertise and care.

I have been coming to see Dr. Xu for awhile now, but I feel it is time for a change. The staff changes every other week! there is obviously something going on there. Dr. Xu never explains anything to me when I come in for a visit-she asks me a few simple questions I am ushered out. Dr. Xu she has terrible bed side manner, she is just plain awkward and cold. Please don't go see this doctor she has no patience for the elderly or those who would like some personality in their care.

Waiting room always backed up, I waited hour and a half for a 15 minute procedure. Rushed environment, asked to disrobe and wait in room without being given a gown,Dr and staff go through motions during awkward procedures and dont warn you or explain what they are doing. Dr done with you when you still have issues.

I waited an hour to spend less than 5 minutes with her. She is dry and does not take time to explain anything.
