I made my first appointment referral of a friend. My appointment was at 10:30 they called me the day before to change it at 10 because they have a conflict with another appointment. I arrived at 9:50 am while I was doing my paperwork a lady walk-in and they put her in front of me. I asked the receptionist and on his own word he said "she messed up" and I responded, "so should not she be waiting?" After 15-20 minutes Dr. Wen comes out and asked me to wait longer because she has to do acupuncture on this lady. I said no, you guys told me to be here earlier and now you place a walk-in I front of me even though I was here before. She oh then she waits. The lady was inside of the room no mask, no gloves and now without proper cleaning, the doctor asked me to go inside the room. POOR HYGIENE!! POOR SERVICE. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Then I ask for my documents back and tell them to do not to change my insistence. And they say "is not cover by insurance". Then why you told on the phone that… it was and why you asked me for all my INFO??!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AL ALL. ESPECIALLY WITH ALL, THAT IS GOING ON WITH COVID. CLEANING AFTER PATIENTS ALWAYS SHOULD BE DONE BIT especially NOW!!!

Terrible bedside manner both husband and Dr. Wen. Just don't feel like my needs are met properly and the setup is rather strange at the office.

I've seen this doctor since I was a kid until my parent's health insurance stopped covering me, which was 24 (lucky me). She's always been very kind and attentive. However, she's also very fast. I don't know whether it's because I was just a kid and generally in good health, but her diagnosis with me was always way too fast now that I think about it as an adult. I occasionally hear about her quick diagnosis as a downside from my parents as well, who has also seen her and her husband (Dr. Zheng) for decades. So, my parents have always had to really cram everything that needs to be said in one session so that she can understand the whole of the situation, which my parents always felt she was too quick in accessing without listening to everything. But then one day, as I was there, Dr. Guo actually blew up on my mom and said she can't keep coming here with multiple problems in ONE single visit. That wasn't the only time I've seen Dr. Guo have an altercation with her patients either. That… being said, whenever she was alone with me, it was nothing but kindness, although very fast in diagnosis. Occasionally, I had to wait over 2-3 hours to see her, even when I'm finally in an exam room. Sometimes I'm dying, and since I'm dying, my mom had to drive me there where she has another altercation with her for the long wait as I'm dying now from embarrassment as well... AND sometimes, she shared sensitive information to my parents about me as an adult, which is just... no. My friends who grew up with me have also seen Dr. Guo also say the same about her sharing their information to their parents without consent. We're supposed to sweep it under the rug because we're Chinese and a close-knit community... I honestly like her husband a bit better as a more thorough and patient doctor, but I feel more comfortable with Dr. Guo because she seems very knowledgable. Occasionally, my parents complain that Dr. Guo is quite money-hungry, but she's never taken advantage of my insurance, and even takes into consideration what kind of insurance I have and referring me to do the least expensive thing first. The good thing about her clinic is that they do urinalysis in-house and can have the results right away instead of sending to a lab, so that I don't always have to do a follow-up visit. Sometimes, my follow-ups are free, but I suspect that was like a family discount or something, because no other doctor I've gone to has done that for me. Yeah, a lot of this review talks about my parents, cuz they are really the only ones who sees this doctor often. They just have a love/hate relationship with Dr. Guo.

absolutely fabulous experience. This wasn't my first experience with this type of treatment but it absolutely was above any other than I have had in the past.

Dr Guo practices Integrative Medicine. Very knowledgeable and good listener. Trained by the famous Dr. Andrew Weil. I have seen her twice and I am very satisfied. Much healthier than before. I am 67 years old.

Just a well-rounded, personable physician that is very attentive and thorough!
