I have transferred care for my 2 children to another Pediatrician. Upon arrival for my last visit at 4:41 for a 4:30 appointment I was informed I was required to re-schedule the appointments for my 2 children 3 & 5 for an alternate time due to my tardiness. Under different circumstances I would agree, but on this visit:- 6 staff members discussing dinner plans at a local wing restaurant for the evening behind the counter in front of me- Empty lobby besides me and the children- I have previously shown them courtesy to wait in excess of 40 minutes when they are busy and running late on multiple occasions.In summary, I would expect a doctors office to show its patents the same courtesy they expect from the patient in all aspects. I was never able to speak to a physician or individual with ownership interest despite multiple requests and messages left with the practice manager. In my opinion quality care extends from start to finish of the experience.
