Dr. Wesley Lamar Hayes, MD

Dr. Hayes is a fine internist and has already gained my appreciation for knowing and alerting me to a drug I should not take while on plavix. This saved me from getting into trouble! He is seeing me again in just 2 wks time to assess my situation further. Thank You!!

Dr. Hayes was genuinely interested in me as a person, and asked the questions to determine what health issues I as having. He checked out the problems I was having, and was able to give me a quick diagnosis. In the process, he was able to alert me to some other issues that needed attention and promptly began the local treatments, He accurately diagnosed my main concern and with the prescription to my drugstore, I was able to get the relief I needed. Wow, it's unbelievable. I have chest pain and he just shakes his head. I was so sick I thought I'd die and couldn't work. He told my disability insurance there was nothing medically wrong costing me about $10,000! And pain, forget it, TN is the whiskey and stick state. I wonder if the doctors take any pain meds when they have pain? My bet is all or most of the gp's in Oak Ridge are UT grads.
