Dr. Thayer has always been professional, courteous and friendly; and seems to be patient with the patient. I occasionally struggle to phrase questions, especially when I'm not sure I even have a question. He seems to read me quite well and addresses my concerns or uncertainties. I'm not very familiar with cosmetic surgeries, but we work through and pretty well cover various situations.
