Superb Surgeon is the word I use to describe Dr. Austin. He was professional and down to earth and realistic in what could be accomplished with a facial rejuvenation at an older age. He was also caring during the post surgical period. I am now 7 months post surgery and I am grateful for the safe and skillful procedure he performed. Pompous and rude! Spend more time listening to patients rather than looking like a clown in those ridiculous overly expensive suits!

I recently had a complete nose reconstruction due to a secondary collapse from endoscopic brain surgery for a benign brain tumor. Dr. Austen provides EXCEPTIONAL care and as a result of the surgery, I can now breathe and sleep so much better and the frequency of my migraines has significantly decreased. Additionally, I love my new nose. Dr. Austen is extremely talented and provides highly personalized and compassionate care. His team is very responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Austen to family and friends. He is the best of the best!

If you want plastic surgery, you obviously have some insecurities. Which is ok, we all do. However, he preys and gets off on people’s insecurities. Dr. Austin will not only make you feel more insecure, but will promise you the world until something goes wrong. Then, it’s your fault! Beware of the Narcissist!
