Talks trash on paper and fax it's other Physicians. Medical records are considered legal documents. Always request a copy of doctors notes because he talks trash.

Horrible service " Hipaa " ENT ears nose and throat Dr William Azeredo MD was talking Bad about patients to other Physicians. They even sent a fax to my primary physician and my primary physician told me.

Well after arriving 20 minutes early like they requested we sat another 30 minutes waiting to see the doctor. Then when we finally got to exam room we had to wait another 10 minutes. He explained that he was behind and began my exam. He jumped around so much that he was so hard for me and my sister to understand what he was talking about. He did another hearing test which the person who was doing the test was too focused on everything else around them then me. We then got back from test and was rushed out because he had other patients and we still had questions but they didnt get answered because he blantly said if i had more time i would explain more. That was it we were out the door. No reschedule the only thing i did get is a perscription for something I may or may not have.
