Dr. William Harris is a vascular surgeon recently serving in the United States Air Force. He was assigned to the 959th Medical Operations Squadron at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. He graduated with honors from University of Arizona and Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in General Surgery at Keesler Medical Center at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi and completed a fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga.

Dr. Harris is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and the Society for Vascular Surgery.
