After this person told me"You have breast cancer", his next comment was "Well, it is what it is." My cat has a better bedside manner!

You can't get a better Doctor than Dr. Bill Biles. He's tremendously knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough & professional!

The office staff is clueless. They have no idea what they are doing. Make an appointment, show up and they tell you they have no record of you calling!!!! When pressed to check further in their system I was told that the staff member who took the call made a mistake with the date and time so you just have to come back!! Several times my wife was told that a nurse would call her back, that NEVER HAPPEN!! The staff should be held accountable like all of the other WCMG are.

May be great but practice is going to the dogs. Wait time is awful and just wants to make money these days.

Busy as he is, he follows up and even calls me in Florida to prescribe when I do not get satisfactory answers there. He is an excellent and caring physician.

Dr.Biles has been my internist since he joined the practice many years ago. He is a caring and engaged physician who follows up and follows through. He has seen me through at least 6 surgeries and always came to check on me in the hospital and afterwards. I give him the highest rating possible.
