Dr. William John Bull, MD

Dr. Bull is one of the warmest, kindest and brilliant physicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I could not have asked for a better team to take care of all my needs, questions and concerns from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else! He is the BEST!

I prepaid for a package of 6 facial treatments, though I could have just paid for a treatment one at a time. No where did I see there was an expiration as far as time that I had to use or lose my money. When I called to schedule one of my remaining treatments I was told my credit was wiped off their books! They are keeping my money for treatments that I didn’t receive. I explained that I had medical issues (Cancer) that prevented me from going in the last two years. All they could do was apologize but it was their office policy. I will be filing a complaint with the State Medical Board. This is a bad way to handle Customer Service. I mentioned that when I have a credit at other doctors offices, usually following an insurance or my overpayment, I am sent a refund. But no, Dr. Bull keeps your overpayment and will not either refund you or permit you to get the service you paid for. They kept falling back on their BAD office policy. What, they couldn’t have sent out a… letter before they write your credit off their books? I guess the thousands I have paid them over the years didn’t warrant one letter and a 50 cent postage stamp! Be careful doing business with this Doctor. They will not hesitate to keep your money and not provide the service you have prepaid for. Very rude people in the office carrying out their so called office policydesigned to steal money they are not entitled to keep.

I came to Dr. Bull in 2013 to reduce the size of the nasal tip and dorsal hump. I trusted his reputation online and in the community. I was unfortunately left with a severe case of nasal ASYMMETRY. I noticed my nose was now smaller, yet severely crooked. I would highly recommend for anyone considering a rhinoplasty with Dr. Bull to get a second and third consultation/opinion prior to moving forward with him. I would not trust his expertise in facial surgery. I am very disappointed that Dr. Bull is not owning his mistakes, putting patient satisfaction first above all else, and genuinely caring for his patient outcomes. That is key to a successful practice, unfortunately, none of that is going on here.

I would recommend Dr. Bull and his staff to everyone. He really cares about his patients and I will definitely visit again.
