Dr. William Charles Clark Jr., MD

Dr. Clark was able to solve a problem with my neck that had baffled a cavalcade of other surgeons for more than two years. He took one look at my x-rays, found a problem all of them had missed, and then was able to expertly perform a type of surgery he had never done before, all while treating me with compassion and good humor. I strongly recommend Dr. Clark. He and his assistant Jason gave me my life back.

Dr, Clark is apparently too good for his patients. He never showed up for my appointment with him, but had his assistant meet with me. I waited 3 weeks to see Dr. Clark, not an assistant. And while I am grateful that I didn't need surgery, the assistant's answer to my back problems were OTC meds and rest. Then proceeded to release me to full duty and the heavy lifting that hurt me in the first place. I expected a little more than that. Idk, maybe some more pt. Avoid him like the plague, he's worthless. Footnote..what's the difference between God and a surgeon? God knows he's not a surgeon.

Dr. Clark is a very skilled surgeon and you can be confident in your positive outcome from surgery. His bedside manner is unique and I've seen complaints but he does have a sense of humor and his PA, Jason Gates, will be there to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions. They make a great team!

Stay away! This guy is the premodona of all! I can’t believe some would allow this guy to do surgery on em.....

Not only is this one of the best doctors in Tulsa, he has a wonderful ability to communicate with you. I have had two major surgeries with him and his truthfulness and care plus the same from his group put me at ease. He and his group truly cared about me as a patient. I believe wholeheartedly that this is what helped me heal so quickly.

Having been under a lot of pain for over a year I finally got to see dr clark along with an MRI disk and printed out description of same. To make this short I need to state that he has a cocky mannerism that needs to be out of the office. He mentioned he had a wife and 4 kids which had nothing to do with anything. He stated that my back was a mess consisting of many things wrong with it, that I would need a little of everything,i.e., phy therapy, pool, pills, surgery, etc. He never said a specific recommendation. He got rather disgusted when I did not chose all of the above or any of it, left the room rapidly and someone came back in with two prescriptions for arthritis and an inflammatory, the same prescriptions I have from My primary dr. Needless to say, I am totally disgusted with this type of medical dr. I am 77 yrs old, still go to the gym and am an active individual. I do not like going to Drs and will try not to repeat this effort in again. FIND ANOTHER DR WHO WILL BE MORE… HUMAN.

Very impressed with his diagnosis. I went in the first visit almost 2 years ago I was not able to even sit still in a chair comfortably. I was thinking I would have to have back surgery for a deteriorating disk problem but was told that he didn't want to do surgery unless it was a last resort. It's not often you will have a surgeon that operates on people tell you that he doesn't want to do surgery. Together with diet, exercise and paid management regiment I am now able to manage my pain.
