Very prompt with my appointment. I met the doctor but was seen by the PA. I had gone in for injections in my knees. Very happy with the staff and their service.

The appointment itself was good. However they were supposed to get a new shot approved from my insurance and didn't. I only found this out by calling

A great visit yesterday. Appreciate the xrays and to know that having my knees replaced will not take care of my back pain. I feel comfortable now with shots for my knees as long as they work. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr. Jacobson for over 15 years. He is not only an excellent orthopaedic physician and surgeon, he is easy to work with. He takes the time to fully explain my injury and what the treatment options are. The options have always included simpler and less invasive solutions to start with. He takes the time to answer my questions, and he has always left the decision to me. He replaced my right knee just over two years ago and I have been extremely pleased with the results. Return to full mobility, no pain and a real sense of ease and comfort. I'd recommend Dr. Jacobson to everyone.
