Dr. William Chesler Klein, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Klein however, the office did not notify me the day before to confirm. So I took the initiative to call. When I spoke to the receptionist she "said sorry we were too busy to call everyone to confirm and by the way we have a new office address". I arrived the next day early so that there would be adequate time to sign in and to fill out any additional paper work. I waited over an hour before I went up to the reception desk to inquire how much longer I would have to wait. I was told another 20 minutes as the doctor was running behind. There was mass confusion with the patients, no degrees on the walls or certificates. As a result, I became increasingly more uncomfortable with the whole experience. I immediately canceled my appointment with the receptionist and will never go back again. I was not impressed with Dr Klein when had the initial consultation. I thought he was abrupt and rather arrogant. I should have checked the reviews on Dr Klein before I… proceeded any further. Now I understand why he has such a poor rating.
