Dr. William Nicholas Capicotto, MD

I have a lower back injury. He pushed for surgery right away. After surgery, I had even more pain and other issues that was caused by the spinal fusion surgery that he performed. He said, we can do a spinal stimulator next. Didn't care at all about the pain and other issues that the surgery caused. He only wants money. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommended!!! Him and his crew are all amazing!! Love how each of them went above and beyond to help with all my problems that I've had going on!!

I had a spine procedure done by Dr. Capicotto about three months ago and I am totally pain-free post-surgery. Follow-up care is also outstanding and NP Rosemarie is empathetic but thorough in her care delivery. Overall an outstanding spine/back clinic and I highly recommend Dr. Capicotto's medical practice.

Benn a patient since 2005 with a cervical/thoracic injury. He did a double disc fusion and then a double artificial disc placement. Still having issues with thoracic spine because he does not want to do a thoracic rod that would totally disable me. I agree. I would recommend him to everyone with a back injury.

I have been receiving treatment from doc Capicotto for the past year and couldn't be happier.I am 2 months post op after he did a double spinal infusion and he did a excellent job his staff is also vary helpful and friendly..

The staff is amazing at Dr. C's office, within 2 months I had 2 major c- spine surgeries and he had me turning my head within a day of surgery. I feel his aproach is aggrestive but he doesn't lie and doesn't waste your time by,sending you to P/T or pain management rather to address the issues at hand. Fast, and easy.

I was at 75% disabled by Capicotto at first then after not go for surgery went down to 25% he said I do not need surgery and thru me under the bus with the workers comp board

Very Very Very Knife happy.If you have questions he gets upset If you question surgery he gets upset. I was 22 yrs old and he wanted to do a 3 level fusion.I asked him to let me think it over and get second opinion and he got very offended.Everyone that goes there he says needs surgery.Good thing I went to Dr Leone cause he hands down Is the best Doctor In WNY.I understand that you can't make everyone happy but It's ridiculous that Dr Capp- I-CUT-YOU looks for the big pay day on everyone of his patients. .BEWARE!!!

i made an apt to see the doctor not the pa, but was told you wouldn't see the doctor and the pa will make the decision if surgery is needed and what type of surgery and then when you do decide to sit down with the doctor and sign the consent you can ask questions. run don't waste time with this doctor.

I dont like tge long waits in there office, they keep calling reschedule appt 2 hours before appt, and he was very mad at me for having more questions before surgery and limations. He is has little patients . Also pre surgical staff receptionist and nurse are very rude and mean they refuse at sisters hospital to give copies of ur papers u sign. I fell pressured and dissatisfied with both places but I feel I have to rights to papers to sign and have to have surgery by him per them and comp.. I would rate this place 1 no compassion for person getting treated there.
