I was stage 4 in 2012 and was sent by Moffit hospital to DR CROOK--I am now free of cancer in my body. dr crook deserves salutations for keeping me alive in 2018--they fixed tumors in my spine--brain--liver and clavicle with a helpful staff.. I liked them all. THANK YOU DR. CROOK AND ALL OF YOUR STAFF.

I have been under Dr Crook's care for over a month now for my cancer and from the time I walked in the office to even now I felt like Dr Crook and his staff REALLY cares about me as a person and patient. They go above and beyond to take care of you and Diane even called me when I was having medical issues ot make sure I was ok at home. I love this office and would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Crook after breast cancer surgery. He ordered genetic testing, called OncotypeDx, that he used to evaluate my condition. He used test results to suggest that radiation would be of limited benefit in my case. I got a second opinion at Moffitt and they concurred. They also used the Oncotype results in their recommendation. They were pleased that my local radiologist had ordered it. He keeps his skills current with conferences and education to be up-to-date in his field. I highly recommend him.

I barely escaped having Davinci surgery for my prostate cancer after hearing about Dr. Crook. He was extremely helpful and provided treatment for my issue. I have had absolutely no negative after effects and my PSA is virtually zero. I would suggest Dr. Crook to anyone with the diagnosis of non-aggressive prostate cancer. Cyberknife is a miraculous concept.
