I came into the offices yesterday for an accident I had prior, I came in with knee and shoulder pain. He came in and didn’t speak to me or my mother and only gave us side eyes. Once he sat down he asked who the patient was as if I wasn’t already on the table and proceeded to fold me up in ways that made me hurt worse than before I came, then once I started crying from the pain he gave me 2 shot in my shoulder and it’s been hurting ever since. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody!!! I should not be in more pain than before the appointment.

I wait for 45 minutes to get in and then he comes in for 2 minutes. He doesn't listen to anything or care what your going through. He needs to retire and get out. Don't go to this idiot.

Dr. William A. Crotwell, III. Is one of the best orthopedics that I have ever seen!!! He takes time with his patients and with his staff. I was very impressed with my first visit, my knees have been giving me problems and they keep buckling which hurts very badly. He has ensured me that we will find out what is the cause of this and I'm very grateful to have a doctor that understands and is willing to work with me on finding out a solution!! Thank you very much Dr. Crotwell III !!!

Dr Crowell does not care that his patient is in chronic pain He refuses to send a referral to a pain management doctor He'd rather his patient suffer with chronic pain then to help them

He Validated my Hyppa rights by discussing my case in the hallway with Work McConnell he do not have any respect for their patients is all about Adele he likes to talk on his microphone instead of talking to the client worst doctor

Has been my doctor for over a year and has provided me with excellent medical care. My health issues have improved greatly. The office at AOC functions smoothly and efficiently. Very nice and sincere staff.
