Dr. Lucas is a very kind man, U do have 2 wait a long time , but I just plan on that and bring a book with me, The thing I like the most is he never makes me feel rushed, he takes the time 2 listen 2 me and is great at explaining every thing and answering any questions I may have. To me that is worth the wait. He is not only my Dr. after all this time he has made me feel like his friend, he really does care.

I was not seen by him right away but was greeted and cared for under his supervision. I did however contribute to the diagnosis of my issue since my mother has Leidens Factor 5, and I was having leg pain and problems breathing, I assumed I had a pulmonary embolism and DVT, which they did test for first and found immediately. But as for the Doctor, he is kind and courteous as well as professional. You may have to wait a while to actually be seen by him, but, on the flip side the staff under his supervision do care very well for you.
