Dr. William Joseph, MD

He should not be practicing medicine. I am finally changing physicians. I have stayed his patient because I didn't have to see him often. When I did, it was always easy to get in and get out. The interactions with him have always been cold, condescending, brief and ending in you need to lose weight or "Push away from the table!" as he hurled it hurtfully at me this time. He has never helped me besides referring me to a doctor who would take an interest and help. He has prescribed medicine that could have hurt me. And he stopped me from getting ankle braces to help with pain and swelling.

Dr. Joseph is the best family practice doctor I have ever met! He is thorough, a good listener, and does not beat around the bush!

If you're looking for a caring, andunderstanding doctor truly concerned about your well being he is not the doctor.... He is cold and judging he has practiced do long that hes just collecting a check and there is no compassion in him. I would never recommend him to anyone, he's not a people person and quite frankly I don't see why he's still practicing he has no empathy what so ever to even be in the health field.

He isn't very knowledgable. He is also impatient and rude. His staff is just as rude as he is.

Told me to 'cut to the chase' after little more than a minute - was attempting to relay all that had occurred over a three day period. Because the heart association deems some of the symptoms I was experiencing as cause for concern, I mentioned it (and was told that if I thought I was having a heart attack, I would have gone to the ER - not what I said and it is irresponsible for any doctor to suggest that traditional symptoms are the only ones, since assumed indigetion is sometimes a sign of a heart attack and similar to what I was experiencing). I attempted to state what prescriptions, supplements etc I was taking but was cut off.

I visited Dr.Joseph for skin irritation on my legs and arms. He took one look at it and told me I had wing worm. He later decided to view it on a slide.He then declared that I had some type of fungus...when asked what type. He didnt give me an answer. Rushing me out of his office. He gave me three types of "pills" anti-biotic. This did nothing but made me sick. The rash spread. I then went to the Dermatologist, once I told her about my previous visit she laughed and told me "you dont treat skin rashes with antibiotics, he didnt give you cream?" Not only that, I was then diagnosed with eczema; which is a simple form of dermatitis which can be treated by using an anti-inflammatory cream and moisturizer. Now I have a high doctors bill from Dr. Josephs for all the incorrect lab work, and from my Gyn. for the yeast infection due to all the antibiotics he prescribed, plus a bill from the dermatologist that I wish I would have seen first. I'm not sure where he went to school but he should try… microbiology again.
