Dr. William Keith Fackler, MD

Doctor Facjler get to the core of the problem. He's not bias or racist everyone is treated the same.He greet with a smile and you leave with hope. If a person is having an issue with scheduling that's up to the office manager. This is the first doctor I've had who didn't quit on me he work hard to give you relief. I love my doctor he's a blessed and Godly person.

Would give zero stars if that were and option. I strongly DO NOT recommend this office!!! This is a lengthy review but I want to make sure nobody else has to goes through this and I want people to know that this practice is a disgrace to the healthcare community. They refused to treat me because I was a patient of a doctor who is no longer at this practice that they had some sort of disagreement with. The GI I am currently seeing is out indefinitely with his own health issues and I need urgent care to get on medication to treat my ulcerative colitis, which if left untreated could cause me to have dehydration, anemia, bowel perforations, sepsis, etc. and could even require surgery if left untreated. So I scheduled an appointment with Michelle Dudley, NP. She refused to treat or talk to me about my health concerns. She told me I needed an updated referral from my PCP. Later that day I had to go to the ER and was hospitalized for 3 days. After being discharged, I had the new referral… sent and called to schedule an appointment. They told me they did not feel comfortable treating me as a patient because I was previously the patient of that doctor who is no longer there and they have an issue with. I am beyond furious that they wasted my time and showed zero compassion for my health. Does the Hippocratic Oath they took mean nothing to them? It was completely unprofessional of them to take out their frustrations on the patient. No other patient should have to go through this and unfortunately I'm probably not the only person they have done this to.

I absolutely love Dr. Fackler! He is amazing. I have seen him for the past 10 years. He and his staff are wonderful!

Compassion is how I would describe Dr Fackler, He is kind, sincere, answer questions and very patient. Very professional.

Dr. Fackler and his staff have always been extremely polite and professional. Dr. Fackler listens to his patients and provides the best possible care. He is diligent in trying to resolve the patient's problem. My husband and I love him. He is a young doctor with old school values.

Dr. Fackler is the BEST doctor I have ever had! He is very thorough and makes sure he listens intently to every concern you have. The only reason wait time might be long is because he really takes the time to see what is going on with his patients. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!

Called to make an appointment. Was put into voivemail and never received a call back. Called back the next day and stayed on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called another dorctor for an appointment.

Sadly, appointment staff phone courtesy is sorely lacking, if not downright rude. Otherwise a good experience.
