Initially thought Dr. Figlesthayler was nothing short of first class. However, when it came to light that his office was over billing me with his authorization, I came to second guess myself. Office owes me well over $400 for overpayment. Said I would be reimbursed. Never reimbursed. Bottom line! Dr. Fig’s office collected from me and insurance company. When posed to billing dept that Dr. Fig would not appreciate the double dipping. The response from billing department was, DR. FIGLESTHAYLER AUTHORIZED THE DOUBLE DIPPING! PS: NEVER RECEIVED REIMBURSEMENT!

I referred a friend over to Dr. Figlesthaler and he had a fantastic experience. Going through medical issues can be frightening. Dr. Figlesthaler and his whole staff truly care! This doctor is by far the best urologist. He is extremely knowledgeable, fully educates you on all options, takes his time, responds quickly and a phenomenal surgeon. It is no wonder people travel from all over the world for his care.

His robotic surgery ruined my husband's life. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone!

I found Dr Figlesthaler very arrogant and in one instance rude. He spent very little time with me before and after a procedure with little explanation as to what he had actual done. 6 days after the procedure I landed up in the ER. I am seeing another urologist and hope that Dr Figlesthaler has not caused any permanent damage. In hindsight the 1 and a half hours I was kept waiting on my first visit after my appoint hour with no explanation or apology I should have taken as a red flag and left there and then.

Came from another practice to Encore Urology and Dr. Figlesthaler. Our experience was well beyond our expectation. From the front desk to the nursing staff, to the general cleanliness, it was superb. I come from a 25 year hospital environment in my employment. I found courtesy, general caring and the expertise of true professionals. In addition, Dr Figlesthaler’s treatment unsurpassed.
