The office workers at this clinic are terribly unprofessional. They are rude and condescending. The nurses are sloppy at best. On one occasion, when my child was four and getting his vision and hearing checked, he clearly was unable to see the charts. The nurse simply blew it off saying that a lot of kids his age aren't able to complete the exam. So since he hadn't completed the vision part, she simply skipped the hearing part of the test. Less than one month later, during his school readiness exam, the non-medically-trained tester discovered that he was in desperate need of glasses! On one occasion, the nurse determined that my daughter had shrunk three inches since her last visit, but didn't even stop to think that she may have measured incorrectly. Kane himself rushed through visits and would simply walk out of the exam room without announcing that he was finished or asking if I had any questions or concerns. We will not be going back!
