Dr. William J Morrow, DO

When Dr. Morrow saw me nearly 40 minutes past my 9am appointment time he asked how I was doing. I told him I was frustrated I had to wait 40 minutes. He immediately told me he was not comfortable treating me and asked me to leave. When I told him I just didn't understand why I had to wait so long for what was their first appointment of the day, he told me to leave and threatened to call the police. That was all there was to the discussion. I am 63 years old and a small business owner and have never had a customer experience remotely close to what I experienced with Dr. Morrow though his reviews on Healthgrade, Yelp and WebMD are consistent with what I experienced. His responses to my Google reviews have been shamelessly dishonest.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

Dirty fine. Dr. Never saw me. Nurse clumsy and hurt me. Bleed from ar next day and called Office, nobody returned my call

You Are only $ and a number to Dr Morrow. In order to be seen you have to sign all kinds of forms. You then pay your $50 co-pay and then each time he stick a camera down your nose for 2 seconds you will get a bill for $150 for each time. When you call the office they tell you to write a letter. When you do, you get a response with a copy of all those documents they make you sign and he will not work with you. On top of it when Dr Morrow can’t figure out the issues he tell you to go to Thomas Jefferson. Oh...but wants you to come to see him for a follow up! Save yourself the time and $, go directly to Jefferson. Dr Morrow is a contributing reason insurance costs are so high and knows how to milk the insurance system. South Jersey docs get bad reps and this doc is a reason why.

very cold and unprofessional after an hour wait he spent 1 minute with my wife with no info on her problem and could not advise her the proper follow up care never again and what is that school he went to is that an on line coarse

I highly recommend Dr Morrow. He does a thorough exam and explains things in detail. He has a friendly and courteous Staff. Great overall experience!

takes time and very understanding to patient problem, knowledgeable, knows what prescription for each illness. I had many illness and Dr Morrow helped me recover. Thank you Dr. Morrwo

Would not recommend this office, not a good experience, not even a chair for patients in audiologist office to discuss options for hearing aids, had to stand over her so she could explain, left office aggravated, will not go back !!!!!! Wouldn't give 2 cents to them for a hearing aid. DR spent maybe 5 minutes with me

This Dr has absolutely no personality and seemed to have no interest in me or anything I had to say. Had a bit of condescending attitude.

This doctor was completely uninterested in anything I had to say. He gave no eye contact and just wrote prescriptions (that I don't need!) I know he is wrong about the diagnosis. I have completely wasted my time and money and I have to deal with pain until I can find a competent doctor.
