I really like Doctor Williams he is very caring and will listen to you great doctor.

You were my primary care Dr and I can't find you or ,my records ...listed as terminal metastatic ... I need authorization to get some tests. .. have tried to find you but hospital keeps giving me address for Jefferson Missouri ... please help thanks!

Best Doc in Town!

The good doctor was "relieved of duty" last week as a Hospitalist. Apparently he ran afoul with Lakeway Hospital in some manner. Some will miss him, some will not. So it goes.

As the person in the other review said, you will never see Dr. Williams at this clinic. It is ran by the very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff and a Phys. assistant that doesn't care what is wrong with you just writes you pain med perscriptions to get you addicted so you will keep coming back. They wont give you test results unless you ask for them and you have to go in for a appt. and pay again because they wont tell you over the phone. Mr. Martin (the phys. asst.) doesn't even know anything about how to treat a medical condition,his fix for everything is pain meds. Also if you are on TennCare don't even waste your time because he hates TennCare patients!He treats you like dirt if your on tenncare and wont give you the medical treatment or medications that you need he just says "TENNCARE WONT PAY FOR IT" and if you ask for a referral to a specialist you get the same thing "TENNCARE WONT PAY FOR IT AND SPECIALIST ARE REFUSING TO TAKE TENNCARE PATIENTS NOW BECAUSE THEY AREN'T GETTING PAID… AS MUCH FOR A TENNCARE PATIENT AS THEY ARE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS PRIVITE INSURANCE!" After he has been giving you pain meds for everything and has you addicted to them then he dismisses you from the practice because in his words, "HE DOESN'T GET PAID ENOUGH TO TREAT TENNCARE PATIENTS"!!! you also have to wait a min. of 1 hour before you even get called back (and 1 hour is on a good day)and then after you get back in the room you are looking at another 1 to 2 hour wait before he comes in to spend 2 minutes with you to write you perscriptions and send you on your way. You can plan on a all day trip when you go there because he has to go outside and smoke inbetween every patient! He spends more time outside smoking than he does with a patient. If you try to talk to the actual doctor that is suppose to be there but never is (dr. williams)he will cut you off before you ever get started and tell you that you (the patient) must have the problem not Mr. Martin and wont listen to anything you have to say. This place is a joke and unless you are just wanting pain meds. dont waste your time.

You will Never see the actual DR at this site.. it is ran by nurses.. I have been 7 times never a DR onsite. However they DO bill you as seeing the DR. Assimbley line medical at its best. If you want to see a real doctor.. this is not the place. They will only write your scripts for 60 days to keep you comming back, will not give test results by phone so you must pay another office visit to get them.
