Dr. William Richard Keith, MD

Iv been seeing Doctor William Kieth he’s a good Doctor he has good listening skills soft spoken. And seams to care. The only negative thing is there answering system not happy with it. but his staff is very good he’s a good doctor.

Dr. Keith is very personable. He doesn’t keep you waiting and is apologetic if he does. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Keith was very nice and professional. Listened without rushing and explained in detail. The entire office is very friendly.

I went to Dr. Keith 5 years for a colonoscopy & that was the extent of our interaction. A few years later my PCP sent me to another group & my records were transferred. After a trip to the ER yesterday, I called Associates in Digestive Health to make an appointment with Dr. Keith. A snippy, rude receptionist informed me that since my records had been sent elsewhere, I was not "allowed" to make an appointment or return to the practice ... ever! Nurse Debra from Millennium Group tried calling as well & received the same response from the same rude young lady. We were told it is their policy with no exceptions. I will be calling Medicare to report this. Stay away from this group

Dr. Keith listens and genuinely cares. He and his staff are very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so relieved to have a doctor who actually let me talk about my symptoms and explained my condition to me and empathized with my pain.

Great staff and great doctor. My family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this kind of medical procedure.
