Dr. William Louis Mills, MD

Dr Mills was my primary care physician for seventeen years and he was the best doctor that I have ever had, he was always a good listener and a very knowledgeable individual. I was told that he retired from the profession last December. He will truly be missed by myself and surely others.

Most incompetent and rude staff. Takes forever to get a call returned and good luck getting your test results. Overcharges and mistakes to your insurance claims-BEWARE

Love the doctor. Have been going to him for a long time. In recent years, my husband and I are noticing a change in the f/u by the staff. There hardly ever is a "call back" whether it be a review of blood work done or if there is a concern of an illness. Hate to think that I need to seek another doctor just because of Dr. Mills staff not responding to our phone messages. And I mean there is no response back!

I go to this office knowing that I may have a long wait. I bring a book or another form of entertainment to occupy my time because I know that once I am in the exam room with Dr. Mills he will give me the time I need, even if it puts him further behind. It always amazes to read the reviews of those that complain. Yes there are members of the staff who are sometimes a little firm but there are still others who are so nice and go above and beyond to be helpful. Everybody has a bad day. Not making excuses but I know from experience that the jobs of the staff are very demanding and often they are left being blamed for denials by insurance companies and get yelled at by patients for things that are beyond their control. Dr. Mills and his staff work very hard to provide good care and assistance to their patient's. I know for a fact that they have actually sent a staff member to pick patient's up when they didn't have transportation to their office for their appointment. I know for a fact… that they have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond what most offices do for their patient's. Those that complain about the wait time--- just curious did you ever stop to think that they are dealing with SICK people after all and sometimes those SICK people need extra unexpected time when they come in to be seen. Some day you might be that really SICK patient and need that same courtesy........and guess what this office will give it you......even while you complain that it's not good enough.

Best doctor I've ever had. He actually listens to what you say and he remembers you and your health issues at each visit.

I am almost always taken back at my appointed time and the staff and the doctor's efficiency are unparalleled. So glad that he's our doctor. I'm never stuck in a room waiting. Couldn't be happier!

I have seen him for several years and have always waited at least one hour for my appt and sometimes longer,I had been trying to get an appointment for over a month now and cannot even get return calls or anything, I think when you have a Dr he should try and see you when you need them most,I was diagnosed with a disease by another Dr and finally got an appt and when I drove there they turned me away,This is not a Dr to depend on for treatment . I say look elsewhere for better care.

I have been going to Dr. Mills since moving to Florida in 2005. I have never had such a caring, knowledgeable and throurough doctor as Dr. Mills. He is absolutely the best there is. He will ask about my family and treats you like a person and not just another number coming through his door for service. Not enough room to say all the good things there is about Dr. Mills.

Doctor Mills is an excellent DOCTOR. He is one of a kind. Like him?...It's hard to find. Specially here in Florida!

Dr. Mills is patient and respectful. Wonderful doctor. His administrative staff, however, are rude, unorganized, and have no senses of courtesy towards patients.
