Waited a very long time, more than the normal wait. The doctor seemed preoccupied and did not seem to listen. He was very short with me and had me speak to someone in their back office who said I would need to come back. The young lady said they would call me but have never contacted me. When I called back that acted like I didn't know what I was talking about...

I saw Dr. Yancey on the advice of our family physician and have not been disappointed. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and even reviewed my MRI disc with me. The injections have worked great!

His office staff is not real efficient yet, as he has a fairly new practice, however he and his partner Dr.Khosla are excellent pain management Drs. and it is certainly worth the time and any minor problems you may encounter such as wait time or bookkeeping mistakes, these things will eventually be resolved.
